These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. They are made available prior to the conclusion of the contract and can be saved by the customer.

Our offers are non-binding and may be changed at any time. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Prices are displayed exclusive of customs duties and import GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Article 5 – The Contract
A contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed. The customer receives a confirmation by e-mail. Secure payment processing is guaranteed.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days after receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Return costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, unsealed products (for hygiene or audio purposes), or perishable goods.
Article 9 – Prices
Prices may vary depending on the market. No GST is charged for deliveries outside Australia and New Zealand. We are not bound by any pricing errors.
Article 10 – Warranty
We guarantee that the products comply with the description provided. In case of defect, please contact us within 14 days. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.
Article 11 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Maximum delivery time: 30 days. In case of delay or impossibility of delivery, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Article 12 – Duration and Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated at any time after 12 months, with one month’s notice. No automatic renewal will take place without explicit consent.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise specified. In case of late payment, additional fees may apply.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via e-mail within 7 days after the issue is discovered. A response will be provided within 14 days. If no agreement is reached, a mediation procedure is possible.
Article 15 – Disputes
Australian and New Zealand law applies. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Australia or New Zealand shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with CESOP regulations, payment service providers may report certain transactions to the relevant tax authorities.
